Fields, Operators, Criteria, and AND/OR.
- Fields
- Title - The title of the song.
- Style/Genre - The musical style or genre of the song.
- Artist or Group - The artist or group that performed this release of
the song.
- Written Key - The key in which the song was written.
- Tempo - The tempo in beats per minute.
- Speed - The general speed of the song fast, medium, slow.
- Time Signature - The time signature of the song.

from which it came.

- AF category - The AudibleFaith.com category. We have categorized all of the songs in our catalogue for easier use. See here for more information.
- Date - The year in which the song or particular arrangement of the song was copyrighted.
- Album - The album the song is recorded on.
- Lyrics - The lyric content of the song.
- Operators
- = - Equals. The search will try to match the criteria exactly. Your criteria must completely match the field. A search for Title = amazing will not return "Amazing Grace"
- <= - Less than or equal to. Will return results that are numerically less than, or alphabetically preceding your criteria depending on the field, or that match your criteria.
- >= - Greather than or equal to. Will return results that are numerically greater than, or alphabetically following your criteria depending on the field, or that match your criteria.
- LIKE - Using this operator will give results containing your criteria. eg. a search for "Title LIKE for" will yield the results "For The Lord Is Good", "Purpose For My Living", and "Forever Yours". The LIKE operator is the safest operator unless you have a very specific purpose.
- Criteria
Many times when a search is unsuccesful it is the
criteria that caused the problem. Be sure that your criteria is typed correctly
and it fits the equator you selected. If the = equator is used be sure
that your criteria exactly matches what you are looking for because
as little as a misplaced space will make the database ignore a potential
find. If your search is unsuccessful carefully review your criteria for
errors.
- AND/OR - The AND/OR functionality will be discussed assuming two criteria.
- AND - The database will return items that match both criteria. eg. A search
for -Title = amazing grace AND Date > 1975- will return arangements
of "Amazing Grace" that also have a copyright date after 1975.
- OR - The database will return items that match either of the criteria.
eg. A search for -Title = amazing grace OR Date > 1975- will return
all arrangements of "Amazing Grace", it will also return all songs that
have a copyright date after 1975.
